Excellent experience. We arrived for an early lunch. We were seated promptly and our waitress, Jennifer, was kind, personable and very attentive. We couldn't have asked for better service. Nothing is more frustrating than looking over the menu and picking a dish to be told they do not have any. This happened this trip to Cracker Barrel and the last! Weeks apart. The first time they didn’t even have my second choice on the menu. The carrots I ordered both times were not well cooked and tasted like I was eating warm raw carrots. My first cracker barrel on April 12 experience and I'll never again visit this one. It took awhile for our food to arrive there was maybe like 4 tables with customers. So I went to look around at the giftshop while my sister in law waited for the food she let me know the food had arrived. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the comforting aroma of homestyle cooking. The ambiance was inviting, with cozy booths and nostalgic decor, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
It's truly the worst Crackle Barrel experience ever. Literally, they didn't execute the basics of what they do at these restaurants . Asked for silverware 3 times! Asked for a water refill three times. We ate biscuits off of the napkins instead of the small plates that they give normally with biscuits. The food was not up to typical expectations from Crackle Barrel. Really disappointed. We will not go back to this location nor recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and just go to the near by Hardee's.
