The latte was terrible, but the rest of the food was good. However, Cracker Barrel did not make sure all the condiments were in the bag. Therefore, there was no tarter sauce for the fish. The biggest issue with CB is they are very inconsistent with the To Go orders, always missing items (even entire entres ) & having items over cooked (ie: burnt muffins). This said tho the food that does arrives & comes cooked correctly is always tasty. so it's a gamble.
They didn't put enough eggs on the kids one
Did not get the soup I ordered because they were out, when asked about replacing it with the soup of the day they said they were out of that too. Don't have it on the menu if you're not going to have it.
Food came like it was supposed to. Supposed to had a large hot chocolate it was half way full and it was a cup of warm milk instead of hot chocolate!
The last three times we have ordered via Door Dash items have been missing.
Waited an additional 45 minutes to pickup food when it said it was ready for pickup. Ordered a medium well steak and it came in well done, dry inside and almost too crispy on the outside to cut thru with a knife.
Did not receive the vegetable soup I ordered or any dipping sauces for the chicken tenders, and the sirloin tips were dry. The beignets were good.
Order was delayed at cracker barrel then was inaccurate. left the shrimp off my meal but still charged for them. chicken was dry and tough. got two identical side salads but one was stuffed with extras and the other was nothing but a little lettuce and tomatoes. did not provide dressing with second salad.
I ordered the Tips, Tenders n' Shrimp Platter. By the time I received my food, it was cold. The stuffed baked potato only had cheese. The greens had lots of meat shavings or something and little to no greens at all. The steak tips were hard and dried out. Had I been at the restaurant, I would have asked for a different order. I will not be ordering from there again using pick up, door dash or carry out.
