The food was good as usual.
I truly love cat a Cracker Barrel food I guess servings of food that I grew up with if I love that you can't get in normal restaurants, turnip greens, and cornbread fried catfish mashed potatoes doesn't get any better than that
Shrimp had no taste no creole
onion petalswere a nice start,Crispy Rockin' Shrimp Crispy Rockin' Shrimp and Classics Country Sampler Classics Country Sampler (we choose meatloaf and fried chicken) are really good! o lyis they had a store closer to us in fairfax!
Bacon was very very burned
The Campfire Beef meal was good. The presentation in heavy duty wrapped foil and plastic dish was perfect for setting the mood. I wish there had been more carrots but the small amount of carrots, potatoes and juices with cooked, melted onions was just delicious! I am glad I did not order any sides or dessert - as the meal alone was filling. Again I am not a fan of the breads so I did not request. I wonder if the chicken and shrimp campfire meals are as tasty?
First time trying the Campfire Shrimp Skillet...pretty good. Again, always like the Fried Apples.
Really like the **TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops - have had that twice now. Always like the Fried Apples and Peach Cobbler.
Liked the **THURSDAY ONLY** Turkey & Dressing and, as always,the Fried Apples. Do wish they included the Silverware, but not at a hotel, so all good.
