Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage had to be the worst Biscuits and Gravy I've ever had.
This is the saddest looking salad I've ever seen. 1.5 pieces of cucumber 3.5 strips of chicken. 3 cherry tomatoes. No croutons. No bacon. Nothing. Not a $17 salad. Asked for cornbread - none.
We ordered two 16oz milks for over $4 each and Cracker Barrel took it upon themselves to skimp us and give us two tiny child sized milks instead for the same price. Unacceptable, just lost a customer and we want our money back.
Always love going to Cracker Barrel but not the Sterling location. Food is disgusting, under cooked and tastes like they havent changed the oil in decades. Everything is like rubber. Won't be going there anymore.
Ordered okra as my sides and it arrived burnt and inedible.
The steak was cooked well done when I asked for medium rare, which Cracker Barrel isn't a steak place so I'm not too upset about it. However, the coffee came with no protection over the mouth piece (like a sticker for example) so it was exposed to possible tampering or spillage in the delivery driver's car. Other than that, the casserole is delicious and I recommend it.
The sausage links were patties...took one bite and threw them out. Very disappointed...tasted like dirt.
Tasty, but the Chicken Fried Chicken was tough
Everything is salty. I threw them away!
