Really just like home Besides always having to wait, the food is worth waiting on. Always try to order something new, but it is hard when you love so much. I have to have the fried apples and dumplings no matter what. I tend to order the veggie platter to get the potato casserole too. Poor Chef, But Responsive Manager It's hard to wreck a cheeseburger, ordered medium. But this chef delivered a Crispy Critter, beyond well-done. The manager, however, was great, very responsive, and doubtless will teach this chef the difference between rare, medium, well done, etc. Service is fine. Menu is typical Cracker Barrel. And so is the honky-tonk country-style décor.
