The french toast was disgusting!!! I paid 5 dollars for hash brown casserole and got a portion size not much bigger than a silver dollar. I will not be ordering from Cracker Barrel again.
The food was not good at all. Meatloaf was undercooked, mashed potatoes were like rocks, and okra was not cooked all the way. I am so disappointed in how the quality of their food has went down within the past year.
I usually thoroughly enjoy my meals from Cracker Barrel, but not today. They undercooked my eggs and didn't include the 2 biscuits that come with the meal. Now I have a bowl of sausage gravy and nothing to put it on. For what it costs to eat out these days, you expect your meal to be what you ordered.
Food was burnt, not prepared correctly and portions were very slim on the sides. Items I had requested extra were missing from the order as well.
The food is usually good but this time it was like lumpy mushy grease was poured on my roast beef. I'm not exactly sure what that was, but it was not gravy.

Two nights in a row the order was not assembled as ordered. Left out biscuits last night and left off bacon tonight. Not good..
Took about an hour for Cracker Barrel to make our food. I feel sorry for the dasher that had to wait at the restaurant for more than 30 minutes. Our Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole was nothing like described. It still tasted good but was missing some ingredients like tomatoes and green onions. And looked nothing like the picture.
The last time I ordered something with gravy, I also ordered extra gravy, but didn't get what came with it, or the extra. This time, I ordered the same and only got the extra, which was only about 3 teaspoons.
