The meatloaf was terrible, very dry. I threw it away.
I ordered Grilled Chicken Tenders but received breaded. Also the loaded mashed potatoes were cold and had about a half teaspoon of toppings. Very diappointed.
The chicken tenders are so tough you can not chew them much less swallow them. Extremely disappointed with the Johnson City Tn store. My previous order was not up to Cracker Barrel standards but I gave them another chance, that was my mistake!
You would think when you order a Cinnamon Roll Pie Breakfast you would get a cinnamon roll, not with my order. Eggs were not cooked and hash down casserole was mush. Do better Cracker Barrel!
The quality of food is not so great on take out orders. This is 3rd time of ordering DoorDash, every time the biscuits have been crunchy and far from fresh.
the most horrible food! very cold. dryed out hard biscuits. bland know flavor to potatoes or gravy. hamburger steak wasnt good. if id wanted hamburger patty would have to McDs. wished id paid better attention to reviews. Both dinners was not very good. there should be delivery bags for hot food. these were as cold if i took leftovers out of fridge to reheat. Crackle barrel use to have good food but last couple yrs gone down hill bad for take out orders. im not recommend them or the food.
Everything delicious except biscuits. I ordered four extra biscuits and they were flat, hard, and burned. So unlike Cracker Barrel.

Both bowls of beans were 2/3 full, plus there were a few green beans in with the pintos. Never experienced that in the past. The extra muffins and biscuits I ordered were fairly fresh, however the muffins that came with order of bowls of beans could have been used for a weapon. Seriously they were hard as a rock!!! I believe that the kitchen knows they are door dash or pick up orders so they send OUT the old stale stuff, because they couldn't serve anything like that to the dine in customers
