I never receive my drink order on any door dash order and this was no different. They substituted an item without any contact with me. the hamburger steak was asked to be cooked medium but was charred and cooked well done.
Order took over an hour to receive. The food was cold and the meat was overcooked so it was horrible when reheated.
Mash potatoes were very hard its like they didn't even try
None of the meats tasted like they should have, and the entire top layer of the hashbrown casserole was burned and inedible. Cracker Barrell used to be so good back in the day. The quality nowadays is greatly lacking. I won't be ordering from here again.
Food was cold, small portions and sent the wrong meat.
Everything was cold and missing items and this is everytime
The food was horrible. Chicken and dumplings tasted like it was left over from night before. Very dry and gross tasting. The meatloaf was cold and eat bite felt like it fleas fill of gristle. The mashed potatoes had u dee cooked chunks of potatoes mixed in. The whole meal was disgusting. I could not even eat it. Extremely disappointed. Will never order again.
This one is disgusting, go to the one in Newport News if you can they are way better! Everything was nasty i did not eat all of it, small portions, and gravy for my biscuits and gravy was missing. The restaurant took forever to answer the phone and the manager that I talked to just seemed unsure and kind of unprofessional to me it felt like i called her on her cell phone.
Steak was badly overcooked....why would you do this to meat?
