I love Cracker Barrel, but I should've known not to order takeout on a holiday. Things were just not the same and I was a little disappointed.
Bacon was to hard. Couldn't eat it
I ordered green beans in my family meal, when I went to pick up my order, the store were out of green beans, carrots, corn. A courtesy call would have been great!!
Cracker Barrel has been very very disappointing. They did pack all items. Second time I have gotten the fried chicken. Both times the dark meat so so so small!!! I don't eat the breast so really a very bad value. And look I don't know what it is about restaurant staff packing the worst possible peice of hash town casserole. I mean don't they understand we are ordering from their place because we are looking forward to their good food. We pay more we wait longer and they give us the worst
First off, for this to be a doordash order, the packaging is NOT SECURED. There's no tape or"tamper-proof" container for the food, that prevents the driver from messing withthe food. Secondly, the Hashbrown Casserole was EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED and HARD. Then ordered an extra syrup, which I DID NOT get.
meatloaf was ok, hashbrown casserole very very dry.
My eggs are not done. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese the eggs are not done they are slimy and there is no cheese on them.
the food was very salty this time. I also ordered Silver ware and napkins and did not get them.
My hashbrowns and steak was extremely salty
