3rd order this week and food keeps getting worse. Everything was ice cold today. Missing biscuits from our order. Bacon was all floppy and barely done, even though it was ordered crispy on one order.
I've always loved cracker barrel. However, I placed an order for Grandpa's country breakfast. Got the chicken fried chicken which is supposed to come with two eggs a side ,which was hash brown casserole and biscuits. It only came with one egg and and a very small piece of chicken. For the price of what I paid this was very disappointing.
we did not receive the sides for the pot roast dinner and the extra side was put into the pot roast dinner container. we also only received utensils for two of the meals,and they had everything in the bag sideways when they handed it to the dasher.
Food was missing from our order. It was clearly marked on the pick up ticket from the restaurant that 3 of the sides were out. They wrote OUT!!! In all caps by each item in bright purple. No missing that something was missing from the order. Condiments that were listed on the ticket which are ones that I was charged for were also missing. No one communicated about the missing items and asked what we wanted as a replacement, nor was the cost of these items credited back to our account. Bacon was suppis to be crispy it was barely cooked
Upcharged for broccoli cheese cassrole. When the dasher arrived they were out of broccoli cheese casserole and plain broccoli. Never indicated that prior to ordering. Didn't refund the upcharge eventhough I had to choose a regular priced side item to complete my order.
The biscuits was burnt the gravy was like paste very thick and the bacon was raw 
The pinto beans I ordered were not seasoned at all. I think they need a new cook that knows how to season food properly.
There's no way (except to call) to Let Cracker Barrel know you need more than one syrup. The bacon was burned as well (they said crispy but it was actually black--and I ordered extra bacon). Quite disappointed.
