Food was awful. They have always been one of my favorites, however this was just bad. Missing items. Food overcooked.
The food was old even though the dasher had to wait on it for 30 mins
the way my dasher was treated at the store was terrible. also didn't get part of our order. not that cracker barrell was very concerned for any online order anyway. as a restaurant employee, all of our customers are top priority. not just the ones at the store.
I ordered cheese on my eggs and paid 1.80 for the cheese and did not receive cheese on my eggs.
seal was ripped off.. and food was not warm
Everything was tasty, my sides were portioned very small. And they gave me the wrong dessert.
The fried okra was missing, the broccoli was cold, the burgers were tough, and the fries were cold. Very disappointing meal!!
