Food was good, received the gravy with NO biscuits. Bag was not sealed to DoorDash so not sure if driver took the biscuits or Cracker Barrel didn't put in bag as the quality control section of order was not checked or initialed.
The mashed potatoes and gravy were something I can't explain. just one large chunk. the fish for 19 dollars were the 4 smallest pieces. size of chicken nuggets
Ordered Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast and even though the food was good the biscuits were not included. Very disappointed with cracker barrel
I realize that meatloaf is an item that is premade. However, it is very overcooked and dry. Would not recommend.
Does not look anything like the photo. The pancakes filling is cold inside. Minimal scrambled eggs.
Fried chicken was so dry and obviously had sat under an infrared heater much too long. Usually do much better. Cooks should have more pride and not send out over cooked food.
biscuits were hard as crackers
Meatloaf (end piece) was overdone. The corn muffins were almost black on top. Who sends food out to customers like that? I shop at the location in the Fishers area and the one in the Lawrence area and the poduct is always quite good so I can't believe that this is a corporate issue. This is a location issue. The manager might need to be more "hands on".
The gravy was very disappointing. It had no seasoning and tasted like paste. Everything else was great.
