Ordered two meals with pancakes and received two small cups of syrup which wasn't enough. Ordered kids sausage biscuit meal and they forgot the biscuit.
Hamburger steak was way overcooked, not what I ordered. meatloaf was very good.
my food was ice cold when I received it the sausage patties were so hard I couldn't eat them the pancakes were so old that they were just like biting into a greasy pancake
forgot several items, was very disappointed. happens fairly often.
Cake was dry. Chicken steak was dry. They forgot one tea
Food was cold. Ordered syrup with the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® breakfast received none 2nd. Ordered biscuits and jelly received none. Ordered silverware received none. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Cracker Barrel and the 2nd time this happened. 3 meals came with biscuits and 1 order of (3) pancakes received 2 butters...I'm sure this seams petty to some but it is annoying when you pay this much money for a food delivery.
French toast not fully cooked along with bacon. Should be embarrassed
The pot pie tasted good; however, chicken was scant.
Gravy wasn't very good which is unusual for Cracker Barrel
