The kids broccoli was dry and old looking they had to put ketchup on it to eat it. And still complained it was too hard.
I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. There was no gravy on the potatoes. I ordered an extra side of gravy. The container was less than half full, so a waste of my money. Also, the potatoes were cold and not creamy. I requested three packs of silverware but only received one.
The kid's Grilled Chicken Tenders were burned. This seems to be a common occurrence with the grilled Tenders. We ordered a cup of Chicken Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl s was only about half full. Whatas in the bowls woud easily fit into cup, for the price difference I would hope to get a larger portion in the bowls. The Onion Petals were very obviously old , cold, and hard. We ha ordered them few days ago and they were very good.Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Breakfast was okay.
I ordered the beans and greens. the beans should have been the pinto beans, but I received green beans. I'm not a fan of green beans. this has occurred many other times. I think the staff should be more careful with the customers' orders and getting the orders right.
I ordered sawmill gravy for the fried chicken. There was no gravy anywhere on the entrée and also my chicken and dumplings were swimming in juice. Not palatable Disgusting.
Cracker Barrel has messed up my last several orders... Today I am missing a side and biscuits... Please increase your quality control... I guess stick to breakfast...
Crispy TenderDippers meal. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Hasbrown casserole was soggy and little flavor. Green beans were bland. Love the place in person, but DD customers get unwanted leftovers.
Put wet eggs in same box and got all over other food disgusting!
There were whole breast not shredded chicken. Hash browns were so salty I couldn't eat them. Disappointed
