I get The Grilled Chicken Tenders. It's the only thing that I eat from Cracker Barrel. Nearly every time we order, they come extremely burned. The side of macaroni and cheese was too dried out and hard to be able to eat. This is a chronic issue that I've even spoken to a manager at the store about it. The only thing that I can eat from Cracker Barrel is the Grilled Chicken Tenders. Again, they came extremely burned. I order them quite often, once a week or more, and they have only come ONE time where they weren't burned. It is not leftovers from the grill. They are on the thinner side, not like a normal grilled chicken breast would be, but are still thick enough that they could be properly cooked. While most of our items were okay, the Grilled Chicken Tenders came burned again. Nearly every single time that we order them, they are. I've included 2 photos from this order. I get tired of having to call Doordash Customer Support. I have even talked to a manager at the store, and they still come this this way.

Burned Grilled Chicken Tenders again. So very disappointing. It seems like every single time that we order those, they are too burned to eat. It always results in a call to Doordash.

Pot Roast was ok, as was everything else, but none of it was great. Bring back your regular roast beef you used to have please, it's so much better than the other stuff.

We order quite often from Cracker Barrel. The only thing that I can really eat are the Grilled Chicken Tenders .Once again they have arrived burned. This seems to be a chronic issue for this store. I end up having to call in to Doordash nearly every time that we order. I would want to believe that the store would be addressing this issue by now.
