We had an excellent brunch at the Cracker Barrel. Our server, Lexi, did a fantastic job of taking care of us. She had a very uplifting and happy disposition. Our food was delicious! The trout, with hash brown casserole and baked apples, was perfect. The french toast with strawberries, bacon, and two eggs overlight, was also so good.
My brother took us to dinner. We had a lovely lady named Daniele as our server. I got the stuffed strawberry pancakes! My new favorite thing on the menu. I highly recommend them!
Love going here. Food is just like grandma use to make and inside has that "homey" feeling. Our waitress was wonderful, wish I would have remembered her name, very nice lady and kept our glasses full and asked if we needed anything. The grandkids have not eaten here so it was a nice treat for them.
Terrible experience. My wife & I were traveling East on I40 and thought stopping at Cracker Barrel would be excellent for lunch, but that idea was quickly undermined by the staff. The dining room had three quarters of the seating open, so I was expecting service to be efficient. However, after being seated by a nearly silent host, we waited 12 minutes without a single “hello” or “how may I help you” or at a minimum taking a drink order.
