Everything was great except for the loaded Fresh Berry French Toast Bake it was nothing like described very unappatizing and they have us one corn muffin and one biskuit for 3 whole meals along with one little jar of syrup for 2 entire French toast meals, but other than that everything was great
Hamburger steak was amazingly dry despite being delivered quickly. No sauce was provided. Chicken Fried Steak was simply breaded hamburger meat, not a steak at all. No gravy was provided. Baked potato was missing entirely. Both the fried okra and the sweet potato were good. All in all, maybe one of the WORST meals we've ever experienced anywhere.
Found bones in our chicken and dumplings. Afraid to eat them now.
This cake was dry and stale. So disappointed.
How is it 3/4 times I order the $25 qrt of Loaded Hashbrown Casserole ITS NEVER LOADED!
Waited for at least 30 minutes past the expected pickup time. Baked potatoes were hard. Didn't include silverware so we ate our salads with our fingers in the hotel room. Glad we are just passing though from out of town.
Cake was insanely dry, and tasted like coco powder. Dumplings tasted like nothing aside from flour. And the chicken blt had no sauce on it what so ever. Nothing like a dry chicken sandwich. Food was barely warm, which considering I live two minutes from the store is ridiculous.
Ham wasn't even big enough to put on bisquit.
We spent over $ 200 dollars including the tips that we gave to the delivery person named "Shana" , which by the way was very courteous and respectful. Our problem is with Cracker Barrel. The food was terrible! Looking back , it seems that our food was prepared with resentment being that it was late when we ordered . My grandsons cheeseburger had mayonnaise literally dripping off of it and he could not eat it so it was thrown away, the entire order was a disaster.
