Brócoli was raw
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage- the biscuits were underdone and oily and the sausage patties were nearly black and hard. The Biscuit Benny was cold despite bringing inside right away. hashbrowns were hardly cooked. For over $30, I would have expected much better quality.
Southern Fried Chicken Family Meal was good quality chicken but don't even bother with the sides, wasnt even a tablespoon for 3 adults and one child, spent $18+ on two scoops of Mashed Potatoes w/Sawmill Gravy. Got about $30 worth of food for $80+
Chicken Fried Chicken was not good. Chicken tasted old. Mashed potatoes were hard as a rock. Same with the corn bread.
not even worth it. first time trying the country fried steak. not good. out of 13 steak fries, five were edible. mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were okay. not great- okay. I ordered an extra side of potatoes for tomorrow, but I also thought I'd be getting more than four bites for the price I paid. no silverware, no napkins. if you are a person that likes getting your money's worth, this is not the place.
Portion size is a bit small compared to what I expected the eggs are tiny and pancakes are only half the size you would expect. I just feel for the price I expected more
I ordered the Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast and asked for crispy bacon, the meat I got was too undercooked to eat. The ham I took a bite of and it tasted old and chewy.
