Kids meal was not worth it. There was 1/4 of an egg and the same for the hashbrown casserole. Ridiculous

Missing ranch, chicken over cooked! Terrible!
Too many items missing. It's not the door dash drivers responsibility, nor do I want them opening my food containers to QC my order. Plus, they are not familiar with the menu to ensure everything that should be included in the order, is actually there. Cracker Barrel is not the only restaurant that does this, but this has been the worst experience. The food received was good, just missing too many things and complete meals.
Sadly I'm not sure how Cracker Barrel was out of "syrup" and "orange juice" but still offering it on the menu. Luckily I got ahold of Emilio asap. And we changed it out for a sweet tea. The syrup however I'm not sure how your supposed to eat French toast without syrup? That's literally half of the meal. Luckily Emilio went above and beyond and did more than Cracker Barrel would have done 20/10 for Emilio 5/10 for Cracker Barrel offering things they don't even have
Dasher handed me my order with my food dumped on their side and i was missing multiple side items from original order. I called and explained and when I picked up the missing items from the store, the manager crystal was AWESOME and kind with giving me the items at no cost... Unfortunately the items were cold and not filled to the top of containers when i picked them up. This place has gone down hill quite significantly. Sad to say I will not be giving this place my $ anymore.
The lady handling pickup orders was lacking customer service skills (unorganized, unfriendly). This location is usually unorganized and slow. It took 10mins to "find" my order and once we got home, missing several items.
The country ham was inedible and the Cinnamon Roll Pie was very dried out.
Chicken pot pie was disgusting. Very little crust. Who makes pot pies without crust?
