The chicken was way overcooked and greasy. Sides were bland. Underwhelmed and disappointed.

The Fresh Strawberry French Toast Bake was garbage. It was dry and hard. 1 out of 10, would not recommend.
I received a tiny cup of Chicke n' Dumplin Soup Bowln. Not a bowl. Not meaty. I paid $4.41 for a half pint of Chocolate Milk, not the 12-16 oz portion pictured.
The chicken & dumplins were good.The mac & cheese left a lot to be desired.
No gravy on country Frird steak and doesn't look very deep fried.
No plate for the vegetables, each one in a carton with no cutlery, no napkins. Vegetables were very bland w no seasonings. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and brown. Cracker Barrel having a bad day!

This comes down to a matter of integrity. I ordered a bowl of Chicken n' Dumplin Soup Bowl, but when I picked up my order I had been given a CUP of the soup. I pointed this out to the staff and someone radioed back to the kitchen to bring up an additional cup. At this point, we could chalk it up to simple oversight. The issue comes in what happened next.
