I love Cracker Barrel's food, but their food portions for Door Dash are way too small. Today, I ordered a fruit cup as a side that cost me $2.74 extra as a premium side and it had so little fruit I was shocked! There was one strawberry cut in fourths and half a pineapple ring cut in 4 pieces. I would think it was a mistake, but I just read another customer review mentioning the same thing. Manager of this Cracker Barrel, pay attention to your reviews and do better!
I was reminded why i don't order food delivery. Portions were sized for a toddler and of course arrived cold. My $4 fruit cup had 3 pieces of pineapple, 4 grapes and half a strawberry...no exaggerations. The fruit cup wasn't even close to even half way full. I dont blame the poor experience om door dash, this was 100% Cracker Barrels fault. Dumplins were gummy and big clumps. Pintos were burned
strawberry cheese cake looked like it may have been frozen and put in microwave it was all slop and mushy no form at all
first and last time I ordered from this restaurant, the Peach Cobbler was just disgusting.
The meatloaf was below par. I have eaten it many times, but this was not the same.
Sauage was a hard disk ham was about a1/4 the size I usually get
I ordered the sirloin medium and it came extra well done. it was like a hockey puck. and the "seasoned corn on the cob" side option is not on the cob, it's just watery canned corn.
Mashed potatoes were completely inedible in both orders. Not acceptable.
