The hash brown casserole was under cooked as well as the eggs benedict

Usually everything go smoothly from this restaurant, but there was no gravy at all in my packages and it shows on my receipt; this was a little disappointing.
The food is great and tasty, unfortunately when ordering larger orders for the office. Items were left out or forgotten.
They just can't get it right. We've given manager Joshua opportunity to course correct and he simple didn't listen or is simply inept as a manager. We've ordered twice, and our order has been wrong twice. We won't be ordering again.Chicken Fried Chicken was supposed to come with gravy and the mashed potato side was supposed to come with gravy. neither did.
They will get your order wrong 100% of the time and/or give you old stale missing or inedible food. Joshua the manager offers apologies without solutions. It's too expensive to not get what you order correctly. it's happened twice to us in under a month and we will not be giving them a third opportunity.
Sadly our family used to really enjoy most menu items from Cracker Barrel. However after we received our order this evening; we will NOT be returning, the food was over cooked, they substituted broccoli for my granddaughter's fries! Usually their biscuits are amazing, ours were smashed because they crammed everything all into a single bag! See for yourselves in the pics, the "loaded baked potato was so disappointing. IMO, do not waist your money here!
I didn't get my greens and the Chicken Fried Chicken and Country Fried Steak were burnt
I was able to eat the biscuits and okra and apples. The hashbrown casserole was cold and dried out. The worst was the chicken tenders were so overcooked and tough that I wasn't even able to chew through 1. This was a lot of money for 2 small sides and 2 biscuits.
