The steak was overcooked and chewy. No flavor. The mashed potatoes were great. The corn was great. The chicken was good too. I wouldn't order the steak again based on this experience but I would everything else.
Meat loaf had too much nerve
They need to include everything they state in the dish and half a chicken is the size of a hamster
The signature saucy chicken sandwich had no sauce. It was just a dry chicken patty on a dry bun. I would have loved to taste the sauce that I ordered with it. The hamburger patty needs some seasoning. It was very bland.
This food was super basic the only thing that was good were the pancakes. The sausage and bacon were tough and dry. The country fried steak was barely okay. Gravy needed salt. Pancakes were fantastic. Order took over an hour we ordered in Sunday so I guess it would be busy.
more precaution should be taken for doordash orders. my bag was not sealed in any way. there should be some tamper proof measures taken.
Shrimp n' Grits Skillet barely any grits very soupy
Loaded sweet potato was the biggest disappointment!!! Almost no sweet potato and I wish I was kidding. Legit had 2 tiny bites and the rest was skin. Terrible, never again.
This is some of the worst food I've ever had. I was looking forward to trying it for the first time. The fried chicken was so over cooked. The breading was very dark brown, verging on burnt. The chicken was so dry. The hash brown casserole was unimpressive. The biscuits were super dry. And using the word "beignet" for those biscuit cinnamon rocks is a crime. I never leave reviews unless it's fantastic or abyssmal. This was a total waste of money.
