Breakfast was alright. Nothing to write home about. Glad I ordered the thick cut bacon. I'm not sure we would have been able to find it if it was the regular cut ....lol.
Cobbler had an unusual flavor. I didn’t enjoy it.
Portion too small like a side dish too expensive for quantity
The biscuits were dry & hard . the sausage was over cook or old they were very stale. I think the French toast would have been good if they weren't cold also eggs were cold too. Hot chocolate was cold and watery.
There was no discernible chicken in the chicken n dumplings. I was overall disappointed with the food.
Tha meal was good. Nothing special but good. I ordered a cobbler and maybe had a half cup. They charge $6 almost $7 and you get maybe 4 bites. I've had it from there in the past in a small bowl so you never know what size you'll get. I won't be getting cobbler anymore. I don't like to feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
Literally less than half full container of gravy. For 5 bucks that's ridiculous plain and simple. I get inflation but wow
I guess it's all new staff bc this restaurant location is brand new. The Chicken & Dumplings taste like water. It was so watery that it kept spilling off the plastic plate that was delivered to my house. Also, the dumplings where so thin they kept falling off the fork & the chicken taste like water too!! So disappointed in the quality of food compared to other Cracker Barrel's I've been too. This location needs teaching by another location. I've been to several different Cracker Barrel locations & the food here is NOT RIGHT!
The food lacks flavor as if it has little to no seasoning at all. The fruit cobbler was bitter and had a strange smell emitting from the crust. My meat loaf was ok and tender with little sauce. The mac n cheese and turnip greens again ok due to lack of flavor. My mash potatoes were missing the gravy.
