The Best Chicken and Dumplings We don't have Cracker Barrel restaurants in Canada so I really enjoy our trips to the States. We have to visit Cracker Barrel at least once during our trips. My only problem is that I don't try anything else on the menu because I love the Chicken and Dumplings so much!

veggies were not cooked enough-still raw price was nice and food tasty however , the veggie side needed more time to be cooked, and the menu and waitress didn't say what the veggie s were for the day

Good food, average price The food was decent, a cut above fast food, and the price was fair. Waitstaff was excellent and the facility was clean.
Cracked Barrel I've never liked Cracker Barrel. I can make everything they make only better. My mother was a fantastic country cook. I've never had fried chicken as good crispy as my mother's. Great roast beef, potatoes and gravy.
