They were out of one of the meals we'd ordered and didn't bother to give us an opportunity to substitute.
missing half our order, and it occurs every time we order from Cracker Barrel. They do not ensure they check before they send with the dasher.
My meatloaf was burnt. Mac & cheese is super cool and the broccoli casserole was burnt as well. Cracker Barrel is always my favorite but today I was very disappointed. 
It was supposed to come with the fried onions on top and they didn't put them on there. If the meal wasn't almost 19$ it wouldn't bother me, but dang if it says it comes with it then put them on there.
Second order that was received with items missing. The two sides ordered with the meal were not included. I dismissed the first as a simple mistake, but two back to back is poor service. I will not be ordering delivery from Cracker Barrel again.
First of all it took forever then it had apparently been reheated in the microwave because the pinto beans I was craving were not eatable because they had obviously been reheated in a microwave until they had exploded and were hard and dry. The carrots in the pot roast were rubbery to the point they couldn't be cut with a fork. The biscuits were all burned on the bottom and were dry and hard. The fish tasted good portion was large but was absolutely floating in grease.
Spent $47 on 2 breakfast meals, and on the side (hash brown casserole) they gave me the hardest overcooked parts! Also on my strawberry pancakes they didn't close the lid properly on my strawberry syrup and it leaked all in the bag! Outrageously priced and given the toughest un-eatable portions! Ridiculous
The mashed potatoes "with gravy" and chicken fried steak had very little gravy at all. The food was bland, including the mac and cheese. The chicken fried steak was hard and difficult to cut even with this plastic knife. Nothing was good like in the restaurant
