So I ordered cracker barrel via door dash from a building that's less than a 1/4 of a mile away, I work security and can't leave during my shift. But with the store so close my food should theoretically come mostly hot and fresh. The order I got today, which was pot roast, green beans and broccoli and rice casserole was anything but. Pot Roast was not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer all day.
Pancakes were not cooked all the way. Gooey batter in the middle. Threw away. Unhappy wasted money on food I had to throw away.
Food was so cold itmay as well have been refrigerated. Bacon tasted expired and was inedible.
As I have always stated, when food is being delivered, please seal it with tape. The bag was not sealed nor was the food. Hopefully it wsnt tampered.
Soup was cold. Gravy for chicken fried chicken was missing. Baked potato was undercooked.
the Loaded Hashbrown Casserole was dry and taste like it's been sittingunder a heat lamp for sone hours. The Hashbrown Casserole was also very dry and underseasoned.i don't think I'll be ordering again.
I love ordering here, and normally it's delicious. I always do it through DoorDash. There is always a possibility of food being more warm than hot this way, but it's has always still been closer to the hot side. I ordered the griled tinders and they were extremely small, maybe 3cm each, and everything was ice cold. It showed the dasher waiting at the store for an abnormal amount of time. I wasted my money today. This was definitely on the restaurant side not the dasher
cod was paper thin and over cooked **FRIDAY ONLY** Fish Fry cooked they had some kind of breading or something on over cooked fris coleslaw was onlything half decent
