Mac n chesee was dry, cornbread muffins was hard as rocks, and hardly any drizzle of the ranch buffalo sauce Buffalo Buttermilk Ranch Mac n' Cheese
Egg was not over medium like I ordered it was more sunny side up for the kids sausage breakfast sandwich. Coffee was not stirred way to much separation looks weird does taste good at all. Food overall is a no for me hasbrown casserole to salty, French toast to mushy (I understand it was delivered).
Missing Biscuit Breakfast completly and received my coffee 3/4
When I order sides separate from my meal they always put in with my meal instead of separate. Its annoying

I ordered the hamburger steak and it was super dry. The containers they use don't keep food warm so all my food was cold.
Not the best in making sure all necessary items come in the order. We are visiting so we do not have all the necessary items like we would if we were at home so not having syrup in the bag was an issue. As well as missing our Hashbrown Casserole that we ordered was also saddening. Portion sizes are not the best as one of got the Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast but it came with the smallest slice of ham, one bacon strip that was small and a sausage patty. The food was very overcooked.pancakes were not really edible and we needed up throwing away two meals. Never had hard pancakes before tonight. Besides being overcooked the food was also cold when it arrived.
To go portions are half of what you receive at the restaurant. Half of our bacon was burnt and the other rubbery. Eggs were supposed to be over medium but were over cooked
