I paid $17 for this? I got more hash brown casserole than I did chicken. Very disappointed.
First time ordering from Cracker Barrel. Probably won't be back. The fried chicken was about 75% breading. Very little actual chicken meat. The fries were dull and basic. The mashed potatoes had a plastic-y taste to them.
Missing food from large order and this happens frequently even when ordering carry out.
The ham was so salty it was inedible; the bacon was soggy even though I requested crispy; and they left out my pancakes
Hashbrown Casserole, Fried Apples n' Biscuit the casserole portion was way smaller than usual. And the Peach Cobbler was too soupy. Not the usual for Cracker Barrel so I was a tad bit disappointed.
The cold items were heated and unusable. The chicken dinner was missing the butter and gravy. The cornbread was as hard as a rock! The serving of ice cream that came with the cake was only a tablespoon of ice cream!
After waiting 1.5 hours for Door Dash to find a delivery person, needless to say our food was garbage by the time we got it. Nonetheless, waiting aside, the food just wasn't good. Southern Fried Chicken tasted like it came from a Banquet frozen TV dinner, as did most of the food. Also had veggie trio for a vegan in family and all veggies were mushy, flavorless piles of nothingness. For the higher prices and delivery and tip, it was a total RIP-off.
