coffee was gross and they didn't give me biscuits for my biscuits and gravy
Potatoes came lumpy and hard, when I got to my dumpling sides they were all juice and no dumpling let alone not even half full. I am sure on the regular this place us ok but today I just feel scammed by the amount I payed vs the food I got.
I got one small bottle of syrup for three large pancakes and 4 biscuits with no jam.
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausagewere ok bu the gravy had no flavor and no sausage Th Chicken n' Dumplins were bland like eating lumps of flour and thickened water. There were 2 pieces of boiled chicken pieces but also no flavor. Baked apples had skin on some pieces. Hash brown casserole also bland. Very unsatisfactory as I have eaten at other Cracker Barrel restaurants and my mouth was watering for the hash brown casserole and was more like they took dried cut potatoes added water and a little food color. The steak had no flavor at all, gravy was bland, and the hashbrown casserole was the worst I've ever gotten from any Cracker Barrel. My eggs were not scrambled more like fried with busted yolks. Extremely disappointed.
Chicken Fried Chicken is always great, but this is the 2nd time the gravy was missing!!
Chicken was dry and not fresh.
Country Fried Steak was good but the sides I got (corn, biscuits, cornbread) was not seasoned well. Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies was alright but very chewy
The food was not hot, the broccoli was almost raw and they gave me biscuits instead of cornbread. If it had been warm it would have been very good. I liked the Sweet N' Smoky Glazed Tenders . No fault to the driver, I blame the restaurant.
