I ordered a half gallon of sweet tea. It was not delivered. I ordered multiple silverware. Ordered eight only received three. The carrots it was only a few in the container. I ordered biscuits and corn muffins only received biscuits.
Everything was cold. I received the food fairly quick so it's not that it took awhile and cooled off on the way to us. The Chicken Fried Chicken was missing the gravy on top. The mashed potatoes were so cold it is like they were refrigerated since they were not room temperature. The macaroni and cheese had what I assumed were burnt cheese from the side of the pan. There was almost more of that than macaroni.
I've gotten Cracker Barrel from DoorDash often. This time, my Grilled Chicken Tenders were even close to being done. I cut open every single one, they were all pink and undercooked. I was very disappointed paying that amount for dinner and it not be edible.
They were out of food and did not communicate that. I just paid 18.95 for a piece of cake and some apples.
This was my first let down by Cracker Barrel. The hash in the casserole was hard like it had not been cooked all the way through. On top of that there was very little onion straws compared to what I get from other Cracker Barrel's. The orange juice tasted fresh but was not cold. They also did not provide extra set of silverware or straw like I ordered. Won't order again through DoorDash.
I love Cracker Barrel and order the same meal from there all the time. However, this time, I didn't get my hush puppies, the ketchup, and jam I ordered. I also didn't get a straw for my drink!
Cheesy Mini Dumplins & Chicken Tenders were given in an incredibly small portion. Missing jam with biscuits. Missing honey mustard with salad.
For $19 this is insane. The container isn't even full and it tastes like it's not fully cooked. Truly disappointed. I could've got 3 sides of this for cheaper and probably get more Hashbrown Casserole !
Burnt pancakes, cheesecake filling more in container than in pancakes. Disappointed in Strawberry-Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes this time. Egg whites were very greasy for scrambled, texture was more fried.
