Steak was not cooked to specified medium . No silverware in bag. Dasher claimed the order was overlooked by CB staff upon pickup . Was told it was not ready.
The roast beef is flavorless and incredibly fatty. The gravy on the beef is also really nasty and thick. The only good thing that igot was the biscuits.
It was really good I ordered it two days in a row. But an issue that I had on both days when I ordered is that the strawberries taste like onions please cut the fruit with a different knife or clean the knife before cutting the fruit, there was also a piece of tomato in my plate today
Peach cobbler tasted like it came straight from the can.
Everything was way overcooked . The pancakes were burnt. The Tips, Tenders n' Shrimp Platter were cooked to death. This was too expensive to be this bad. Very disappointed. We had to get another meal as this all went in the trash.
The Peach Cobbler is not what's advertised. It's not baked, there's no crust whatsoever. Its literally a bowl of peaches!
The food was bland and cold. They also didn't send my drink with my order.
Today we ordered 2 Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfast and 1 Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast . When we took the food out of the bag, there was no syrup. One of the Grandma's Sampler Pancake Breakfasts only had a piece of ham and a piece of bacon, the other one only had ham and a piece of sausage that was over cooked.
My last few orders have been disappointing, but today's was the worst, and my last order. My order was missing a side. One side was supposed to have gravy and only had one drop. The chicken and dumplings are gross, cold with small, red pieces of chicken added, no chicken flavor at all like it was just thrown together, not actually cooked together. All the food was cold and was also over 30 minutes late.
