No syrup with pancakes even though I paid extra for maple syrup. The sausage and eggs were basically inedible. Everything was cold.
The food was barely lukewarm. The biscuits were burned.
meat loaf was not edible,meat was not done , would like a credit if possible ,and had no pot roast,so replaced with fried chicken
My drink did not have a secure cup covering the opening. Bacon is super hard. Eggs aren't cooked all the way

Cake slice very small! I'm not happy
Was too afraid of ordering my favorite Coca Cola Cake. There should be a way to notify us you are out of something when we're ordering online. Yes, credit is given back when items are not delivered, but we still have to pay for all those extras! It's annoying.
Second time I ordered an orange juice and didn't receive it. No syrup for my pancakes. No ketchup.
