Dumping's were awful (which are usually awesome! Whomever made this batch seems like they dumped the entire Pepper shaker as the dumplings were burning our mouths (because of way to much pepper in the Dumplins Also the grill cheese had a very funny taste of burnt bread and was rubbery! Worst meal we have ever eaten from Cracker Barrel!
I ordered the Family Sized Peach Cobbler to bring to an Easter gathering. The picture shows a full pan. It came as six small individual servings in cups. Not as described. It tasted ok, a little too sweet though.
The Bacon was over cooked.
Dont pay for the homestyle chicken n French toast over charged and very little food not worth it and not even good for the price they want
Chi and dumplins had no broth and just didn taste good. Meatloaf had no flavor at all.
If I could leave pictures, I would, but the cinnamon roll pie was burnt to a crisp, like it was left in oven for way too long. I'm ok with a little burnt parts, but the ENTIRE THNG is completely unedible. The chicken tenderes were great, but the pie was not worth nearly $20 to be completely unedible. Maybe I just got a bad pie this time, but I'd like my money back on that part.
French toast was HORRIBLE. Nothing like French toast. Was bright yellow with no "toasting" and taste like eggs and playdough. Could make it better at home.
This was the wrist experience I have ever had and the worst tasting food Ive ever experienced at this or any Cracker Barrell the Mac n cheese had a watered down cheese flavor, the dumpling portions were almost non existent as the little white containers were only half filled! Watch out for any delivery orderes as this particular restaurant does not care about any part of the order... I'm done with Cracker Barrel in Denton and there bad practices and food quality...
Pinto beans were yesterday's and very salty. The green beans were stringy when you chewed them up. I normally love CB. Today was a miss.
