Unfortunately, dumplings had no seasoning. The Peach Cobbler was tart and had no hint of sugar.
The food was extremely cold. The scrambled eggs were actually fried eggs. They were undercooked and runny. There needs to be more options, e.g., to choose unsweetened tea for the Soutnern Half n' Half or to say scramble eggs well.

My grits are runny, I didnt ask for any extra thick coagulated gravy, and my hash browns and bacon are DEFINITELY NOT crispy! Super unsatisfied with the breakfast.
Have had issues when ordering from this restaurant, multiple times. Pancakes were scorched and burned. Breakfast meat was touch and overcooked. If the restaurant would not bad serve food to a customer seated in person, please do not serve it in delivery and to-go orders.
Ordered pork sausage received plant base sausage which is not good. First order was given to another driver. Called the manager of Crackle Barrel told him about the issue he said it was out of his control. So I canceled the first order after DoorDash said the order was delivered somewhere else. I'm glad we finally got our 2nd order.
Grits were watery like soup. Also they are very slow
