ran out of one of my sides. I ordered three hours before close, which is fine. I wish they would have reached out. I would have taken a replacement really upset about not receiving my gravy for this dry chicken fried steak nor my honey

This one Cracker Barrel store gets the order wrong EVERY TIME I order! From not sending entire meals to silly things like not sending the ordered and paid for apple butter and everything in between & tgeynever reach out to prevent OR correct their mistakes. This is not individual employees making mustakes there is sonethingserioylt wrong in the MANAGEMENT! I have never seen a single other restaurant this bad in any of the multiple cities in which I have ordered. (BTW--I only ordered this time d/t a dinner emergency:/)
Ordered eggs over medium they were over cooked, requested blueberry syrup, which I didn't get. Pd nearly $4 for hashbrown casserole and barely got enough for 6 bites. I love CrackerBarrell but this location is horrible. I keep keep hoping for the best when I order from there but am disappointed everytme. This is my last time
I was pretty disappointed because the Meatloaf was burnt (I barely got four good bites from it). Sometimes, it seems like the meals are not prepared with care. #disappointed #lackedquality

No butter for with my cornbread muffins. Hamburger Steak** "patty" was dry and very overdone. 2 stars because the Peach Cobbler was good at least.
