the Hot Chocolate tasted like it was just a Hersey bottle, the Grilled Sirloin Steak* was cooked perfectly but it had zero seasoning and was very rubbery, the Country Fried Steak was dry and had no flavor
The Sawmill Gravy tasted like hamhock grease, not bacon. It was way too strong for me. The Country Fried Steak was tough and chewy. This was inedible to me and i could not finish my food. Peach Cobbler and biscuit was good.
This food was the absolute worse I have ever had from any restraunt especially from Cracker Barrel. It is all very bland, no flavor, potatoes are hard.Country fried steak is mushy with no flavor. Only thing decent is the green beans.
I ordered meatloaf with 3 sides. Meatloaf was not done and there was no "loaf" just a pile of soggy meat. The greens were old and burnt tasting and the mashed potatoes had a hard crust even under the gravy. My coleslaw was not even sent, but doordash gave me a credit on that. The drinks were okay and the cornbread is still amazing.
The Hamburger Steaks were seriously overcooked! We ordered them medium, they were beyond well done. So well done they were hard to cut! Not the level of quality that we have come to expect from Cracker Barrel.
For the second time missing items. Last chance for this restaurant.
I did not get my gravy for biscuits and gravy. Eggs were completely over cooked and inedible.
The biscuits were stale and rock hard. The pot pie had to much crust and not enough filling. The scrambled eggs were over cooked. We were very disappointed in our meals. The iced Iced Vanilla Latte had no vanilla in it. The ice in both our drinks was melted completely
Everything was decent, the hasbrown casserole this time had some raw tasting onions and I really wanted to like the new cheesecake stuffed pancakes but Cracker Barrel's pancakes are just not good.
