Ok food The food here was just ok, the roast beef was not good, full of gristle and fat! My husband had chicken fry and he said it was good. What stands out at this restaurant is the friendly staff and our waiter was superb! I probably would eat here again.
Great Bacon We ate here ordering Breakfast. The bacon and eggs were great, sausage gravy and Turkey sausage not good, coffee was ok and the tea was good. Our waitress Missy was very helpful and on the spot with any needs we had!

One of the best in the Franchise This location blew me away, I admit to being a pretty big fan of the chain, but, the level of service provided here was over the top. The food even tasted better. What ever you are doing, keep doing it Ashland.
Family Trip The meatloaf was the best I ever had, the staff was pleasant and accommodating and they have many interesting things to buy.
Breakfast They do not cook steak very well. Asked for medium and was served rare. Sent it back and it came back well.
Good food and a general store to boot We stopped at the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Ashland, Va (exit 92). It has the old general store feel. There was a 10 minute wait but you can browse the general store or set outside in an old style rocking chair. Our serve was Nikita who was very friendly and accommodating. We order the pancakes, scrabbled eggs, sausage and biscuits....
Excellent Customer Service We stopped by to this location on our way to VA Beach. Food was great and the service was excellent. Our server, Mr. Ronald was absolutely wonderful. Service with a smile is what you'll get when you visit this location!!
