Constantly leaves out food from orders and the manager "brandy" "will just talk over you and hang up when you call and ask about it
ordered extra gravy with my biscuits and gravy...I was only given 1 small thing of gravy for the entire meal. disappointed in this restaurant for that.

The meatloaf plate was almost $20.00. The meatloaf was one thin sliver of meatloaf. It was so thin that it was simply a few crumbs of meatloaf. Wish I had remembered to take a photo. We won't be ordering from them again.
The meatloaf was exceptionally dry and the okra was beyond soggy. When you order through a delivery service you expect your food to not be pipping hot and fresh due to the many hands that it passes through to get it to you but this was not good at all. Ive had both before and they are usually wonderful so I know they are suppose to be better quality. Disappointing. Our driver was polite and prompt.
Cocktail sauce was not in the bag for the shrimp even though I asked for it. The dasher had to wait too long for the order. By the time it was delivered the dumplins were gluey and tasteless. The butter for the biscuits was placed inside and melted before it got to us. This meal was for a veteran in the home and he was SO disappointed.
Chicken and dumplings were so salty I couldn't eat it.
I had ordered some runny yolk eggs and got sunny side up. I do not want slimy whites. I can't eat the eggs and then the syrup bottle had old built up syrup crackling when i Opened it falling over in my food. Also there wasnt even a fork.
My sunny side up eggs weren't cooked and Momma's Pancake Breakfast® very dissatisfied
