Im usually very happy with Cracker Barrel but they forgot to send my side of broccoli and Im disappointed because I really like their broccoli. Also, I havent eaten all of my Chicken n' Dumplins yet but ive only come across 2 pieces of meat and I don't see anymore. Not happy :(
The cornbread and biscuits were missing from the order. Additionally, there was no chicken in the chicken and dumplings. The baked sweet potato was not well seasoned.
all the food was drastically smaller than advertised. the chicken was the size of half a regular chicken breast and they used to put in 2 pieces.
The chicken sausage was burnt over cooked and pancakes were cold.
I ordered the Biscuit Breakfast which came with one side. When it arrived, I had sausage patties and grits. NO BISCUITS. Thanks Cracker Barrell, I paid for a side of gravy for no reason. I also ordered some of the new Wildberry Tea (Half Gallon) and it just tastes like sugar syrup. I will be brewing some plain tea to add to it, but the flavor is pretty good.
The food tasted amazing but there were 2 problems. There was 1 1/2 pieces of roast. For 20 bucks I'd think you'd get a little bit more. The worst was my families order of chicken and dumplings. It was missing a key ingredient.....the chicken. There was no chicken in this large order of dumplings. I checked the entire order, not a single piece of chicken. The dumplings tasted great though. For over 50 dollars for this one family meal, it's a joke.
Chicken pot pie was a disappointment. It was all crust and no pies.
Dont order the fried chicken. Mine was burnt as well as the hashbrown casserole.
Dumplings were a big disappointment ! Very dry & undercooked I will not be ordering them again !!
