Meatloaf was good, but the manager has taken all choices of mashed potatoes and turnip greens off the menu to ensure that their guests dining in have access to them. Those are 2 of the 3 vegetables I order, so I guess I am done ordering Cracker Barrel with Door Dash as it seems to be permanent (I've checked several days and even early in the morning).

Ordered the Grandma's Sampler, food was lukewarm, pancakes, sauguage and ham were rubbery as if they were all RE-heated. Also ordered dinner and the meatloaf was dry... Very disappointing...

Roast beef can in a plastic sandwich bag with no gravy, mash potatoes were missing and food lacked flavor.

the door dasher called me and said she was waiting it long for my order. cracker barrel was telling her they couldn't find my order in the back. so she has to leave and we had to wait for another dasher to go get it since cracker barrel didn't have it prepared.

My entire order was wrong, and Cracker Barrel just put anything in my bag. The contents had NOTHING to do with what was on my ticket. No one bothered to cross-check. I was shocked and disappointed.

My steak was burnt and overcooked and I didn't receive my lemonade that I ordered.

I ordered lunch the meatloaf with two sides. I got the meatloaf with no sides. Everytime I order from here it is a problem. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. I can't just run up there.
