the Biscuit Benny was dry as the hollandaise sauce was a blob on the side . The mini confetti Mini Confetti Pancakes were slightly burned. No Silverware N' Condiments was sent and no syrup for the Pancakes Mini Confetti Pancakes. The Watermelon Lemonade (Half Gallon) was the only saving grace for this order
The pancakes were left out of my order, no biscuits and I paid $6 for a cup of vegetable soup that was ALL broth and half filled, i took a pic! Ya'll have gone way down!
The Grilled Sirloin Steak* was not seasoned at all. Very tasteless. The chopped beef was tasteless as well. The meatloaf order was not delivered with the delivery. I had to get a credit. Cracker Barrel is always on point when dining in, but delivery is a fail.
Every time I order the Coca-Cola cake, I don't receive it. This has happened over 5 times.
Clearly it's a mistake ordering from here if it's after 7pm when they don't stop taking DD orders until 830. I ordered just after 7 and the Meatloaf is crusty and dry, the brown gravy on the mashed potatoes has curdled, they left out the green beans, AND they completely left out my husband's entire order of the Momma's Pancake Breakfast® . If you're not going to provide quality service when customers order well in advance, why even be open for door dash at all? Ordered fried shrimp and fried pickles... tastes like the oil was old.
Biscuits were burnt.
Hamburger steak was supposed to be medium. It was well done and dried out. Paid extra to have cheese sauce on broccoli. Broccoli was too crunchy for my taste with maybe a teaspoon of watery cheese sauce.
Cracker Barrell is usually a family favorite and delicious. This time not so much. The country fried steak was gritty and the gravy n biscuits was not good. Haskbrown casserole was dry.. Everything was cold being ordered from Door Dash but was disappointed.
