food was nasty, eggs were raw not cooked how ordered, sent wrong syrup for pancakes,mashed potatoes tasted nlooked like they been made for 2 days. worst food ive had in my life. when I called to complain,they tried blaming it on doordash,no, doordash didn't cook it,doordash had nothing to do with Raw eggs and wrong syrup! never order from cracker barrel again!
Paid extra for broccoli casserole. Got all breading and no broccoli.
Food was not good at all. Added a side I didn't want. Portions were not as usual and not good taste as normal
They didn't have either thing I ordered and substituted it with a really poor choice. Called the manager and he offered to comp my next meal there. Thank you Lloyd!!
Why is the French toast always burnt?!
Less than satisfactory portion
Part of order didn't arrive and portions were small compared to additional price
Ordered my daughter a piece of cake. What they sent looks like they scraped the remnants out of the pan and slung it into a container.
Nothing we ordered was good. The hashbrown casserole was just hashbrowns and slightly burnt. My Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken was dry. There was no sauce. The Meatloaf was the same. Dry and had been sitting a while. We ordered the Shareables Duo with onion petals and fried pickles. Those came with no sauce also. Its usually all made very well. Whoever was in the kitchen tonight did not do well.
