Runny eggs even though I ordered well done. And cold. Sausage extremely tough and dry…overdone . Omelettes are discontinued, which I depend on as a diabetic. No veggies on the menu. Biscuits and gravy forced on you with most meals, and pancakes are added as a premium side at extra cost. So all the biscuits get pitched because people don’t want them in the first place. This was a great Cracker Barrel! The server was amazing! She was super friendly and very attentive . The manager was great, too. He welcomed me as I asked about overnight parking.
Food poisoning 🤢 and terrible service. Went yesterday late afternoon after the lunch rush. There was only 1 server for our side and maybe 5 tables...enough to keep busy, but not overwhelmingly so. She brought us drinks. We waiting forever for food. At one point she asked if we were still doing okay—yeah, just still no food or biscuits. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. We sure love a trip to Cracker Barrel. It’s always a good experience at our store in Richmond, Indiana. It was Sunday morning so there was a short wait time. This gave us time to browse the store & find some early Christmas presents. Always love to see their Christmas decorations & check out the new themes each year.
