Tonight I ordered vegetable soup x2, and received chicken (or turkey?) noodle soup x2 instead... ordered soup last week with other food, and received no soup at all... MY ADVICE: Consider asking your Dasher to have waiter/waitress double check your order before leaving the restaurant.
Half my bacon was almost raw even though I specified crispy. The French toast was not good at all.
Ordered three scrambled eggs, seemed like it was only two. Peach cobbler is not worth $7. It's a small size. Otherwise the food was ok, although received cold.
Food took excessively long to prepare and some items were burnt. Super disappointing cracker barrel.
The biscuits on to go orders are hard and stale. I ordered 6 with my eggs and coupdnt eat them they are so hard. It's almost like they used the leftoevers from the day before or that are old or overcooked from today onthe to go orders.
the pancakes where ok. I'm disappointed. but not as great as I remember
Ordered blueberry pancakes got chocolate chip they had been under the warming light and were hard as a cracker,ordered scrambled eggs got a cut up fried egg instead, fried steak came without the gravy, extra biscuits order did get put in bag, waited an hour and half in the store after door dash pick up time to get food.
Whitefish was hard and dry inedible
I've had Cracker Barrel all over the country and this was just terrible. Dry meatloaf, broccoli casserole and mashed potatoes that look like they had been sitting there all day, plus, Green beans that came right out of a can and weren't seasoned with ANYTHING. Actually, absolutely nothing had any seasoning like the other CB across the country. Check out the photo...doesn't that look appetizing? They stole my money today...steer clear.
