As a restaurant worker I understand that things happen now and then, the occasional missing item etc, so gave them a second chance . But THIS is just unbelievable. It was worse than the first time. Forgot the gravy I paid for, forgot the biscuits I was looking forward to as it's the only thing they make worth eating, and the Country Fried Turkey was literally ice cold like the heated it directly from the freezer. Terrible. Ham was tough. Pancakes mushy. Never git four biscuits I ordered. The worst eggs.
The chicken and dumplings were dry. Not a drop of gravy. Couldn't finish them. Fried okra tasted "off." Not sure why. The tea and other veggies were good. Disappointed. Usually take a lot mor care.

the meatloaf is so dry.. no gravy ,no sauce, nothing. the fried okra's are very chewy . the food is cold when i received it which i understand because of the time of the pick up and dropping of the food. overall not satisfied with the whole order. also, im missing the chicken dumplings.
Food lacked any flavor at all (including subtle flavor). Maple syrup was good though 👍🏿
The biscuits were burnt and had to be thrown away.
