The chicken fried chicken w/gravy was delicious. It was crispy on the outside and oh so tender inside. Eggs were over medium as ordered and hash brown casserole was not overdone as it usually is, and tasted fabulous. My grandson liked his chicken fingers with carrots. The cook did a good job today!
Country Boy Breakfast is a feast that feeds 2 or 3 people. It all depends upon everyone's hunger level. This meal is not only quite generous, it's also quite good.
Today's order was great. The bacon was cooked nice and crispy as ordered, both eggs over medium as ordered and nice and generous with the gravy instead of being stingy. Cudos to whomever was cooking today at noon! That's why I don't give up on Cracker Barrel. They get it wrong once in a while but if you let them know, they fix it and serve you the way you like it! Way to go.
listen the quality of food at Cracker Barrel has taken a steep decline. I love this place it was my favorite but for a while now the portions and the quality of the food had dipped dramatically. O this order the steak tips were cold and Few in portion not even half the normal amount. Eggs were adequately done though so hazah . I'm done with them for a while from my favorite resteraunt to avoid this is sad .

The old timer's breakfast was excellent. Finally, someone cooked the bacon crispy like I order and I didn't have to finish it in the microwave! Great job whomever was cooking. Biscuits were fluffy as always. Gravy didn't taste fresh but it was still good. I don't review coffee as no one makes it like I make it for myself. Always very strong. As long as it's hot, I'm good.
Cracker Barrel's generous serving size was enough to feed 2 people OR to provide 2 meals for 1 person. (1 now and 1 saved for later) Food was well prepared and served.
The food was warm and yummy. Think we like the sausage even better than the bacon. Got the medium eggs perfect.
Much better food temperature-wise. Had the bacon been crispy as requested, it would have made a 5* review. Everything tasted great and although they only gave us 1 set of silverware, we usually use a spoon for biscuits and gravy anyway. Keep up the good work!
