Apparently ran out of lettuce. No salads. Didn't find out until the Dasher arrived at the store and told us. Couldn't do a chicken burger either. Didn't change the bill. Don't order late in the day!

The pancakes were so rubbery we had to use a knife to cut them. Bacon was overcooked to the point of being almost black. Casserole was ok but cold.

My last two orders one item has been left out. The first time was my hashbrown casserole during a heavy rainstorm so I told dasher not to go get it. The second time my cornbread but put butter packets in the bag. I called on hold long time no answer. Clearly a repeat customer, but no repeat fool. lease do better customer service. Take care of your customers and we support and bring business, money to your store.

Spec ordered Cracker Barrel for the Nashville Hot chicken. Portion size and freshness seem ok but they forgot the Nashville Hot sauce.

The biscuits came with no butter/jelly-this meal was way too expensive to not send the proper ingredients.

the meatloaf was burnt, the hash brown casserole was dry, but the fried apples were delicious as always.

The homestyle chicken was lukewarm, not crispy, and the meat was tough as if it had been fried hours ago and just sat under a heat lamp to stay warm. The brown gravy was sweet, like someone accidentally mixed in sugar. The worst meal I've had in years.
