The chicken is burned terribly
Food was old and because biscuits was reheated, they were rubbery
i ordered The **THURSDAY ONLY** Turkey & Dressing. didn't get the cranberry relish that I love with dressing, and my biscuits were very hard. very disappointed. I normally love the biscuits. the dressing, fried okra, and dessert was as expcted. coukd not eat the biscuits, which i wanted for another meal.
Food was awful. All old and nothing fresh. Dumplings were dry. Ckn old. Potatoes old and brown gravy tasted like crap. Shame on you.

Only given one small syrup for 3 big pancakes
More than once something was wrong or missing. This time I ordered a special syrup that was missing. I had to go to my local grocery store for regular syrup. Also for some reason, I got two random sides I hope I didn't have to pay for.
Took a ridiculous amount of time for a very simple order. I even contacted my Dasher to see if they wanted me to call about how long it was taking for them to prepare my simple individual entree. I hoped they had gotten these issues worked out from several years ago but it looks like it hasn't gotten better. It's been quite a while since I ordered from here but I guess it was too soon.
