Took a ridiculous amount of time for a very simple order. I even contacted my Dasher to see if they wanted me to call about how long it was taking for them to prepare my simple individual entree. I hoped they had gotten these issues worked out from several years ago but it looks like it hasn't gotten better. It's been quite a while since I ordered from here but I guess it was too soon. Pot Roast was burned dark black like it was in the bottom of the crock pot all day and it was just meat, no carrots and definitely looked nothing like the picture. I paid $22 for an $8 meal

The Crispy Tender Dippers was burnt an small like look like they were in half an the U.S. Farm-Raised Grilled Catfish - 2 Piecesdisnt smell right they did get the vegetables correct , but Mac an cheese look like they ran out an just gave what was left , Southern Fried Chicken was just old an cold , only thing that was goodwas out sides an biscuits
They're always out of fried chicken and they get my order wrong constantly.
No fries with my Signature Saucy Chicken Sandwich. I asked for fried chicken for the Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad, but got grilled, a there's barely any chicken on there.
I ordered loaded bake potatoes that you were out of. Then I ordered loadedmash p otatoes as a replacement. I didn't get either. The baked potatoes cost extra but I wasn't refunded. Very disappointed experience,
